Passengers were seen panicking when their plane “rolled forward” shortly after coming to a stop after landing.
The Ryanair flight had just opened its doors when their aircraft is said to have moved forward.
The chocks were removed and before a tug could be attached, it moved forward “less than one metre”.
A passenger aboard the flight to Majorca from Bristol said the slight movement caused “panic” and caused a number of people to scream.
A spokesman for Bristol Airport confirmed the busy aircraft rolled less than one metre after chocks were removed before a tug had been attached.

The airport confirmed no one was injured din the incident (Tom Wren SWNS)Nobody was injured and there was no damage to the aircraft or equipment, Bristol Live reported.
They added: “Yesterday evening (April 17), an aircraft rolled forward by less than one metre after chocks were removed before a tug had been attached.
"There was no damage to the aircraft or equipment, no injuries, and the aircraft departed without any further delay.
“An investigation is already underway, and procedures are being reviewed."
Earlier tonight from the UK was forced to make an emergency landing because of two unruly passengers, and was met by police on the tarmac.
The plane had taken off from Liverpool John Lennon Airport for Turkey at at 1.06pm but two hours into the journey in Munich.
Witnesses said the pair left the plane with German police.
Passengers reported feeling "unsafe" as a result of the pair's behaviour, but praised the aircrew for their professionalism.
An easyJet spokesman said: "easyJet can confirm flight EZY3409 from Liverpool to Dalaman on 19 April diverted to Munich and was met by police due to two passengers behaving disruptively onboard.
"easyJet’s cabin crew are trained to assess and evaluate all situations and to act quickly and appropriately to ensure that the safety of the flight and other passengers is not compromised at any time.
