Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson have both disagreed with their fellow LIV Golf star Jediah Morgan after the Australian claimed he was left frustrated with the Saudi-backed circuit's playing schedule.

Ahead of his homecoming tournament in Adelaide this week, Morgan opened up on what life was like as a LIV golfer. For the most part, the rising star revealed he was enjoying his time on the rebel circuit, but did have some question marks.

Calling on LIV's 14-event schedule to upgrade to 18, Morgan told News.com.au. : "I think a lot of the guys would like to see it grow to 18 events.

"But that’s from a young guy speaking. Others might like 14. You probably need to play a few more events each year to keep yourself sharp. There’s obviously quite a bit of time off with the LIV stuff at the moment, which is a little bit frustrating.

"Part of being a good golfer is playing a few tournaments in a row, and getting some form that way.” Not everyone is aligned with the 23-year-old though. When the same question was posed to defending LIV champion Johnson, he responded: "I’m fine just where it is."

The 2020 Masters champion's stance comes as no surprise, after already revealing in the PGA Tour's Netflix documentary 'Full Swing' that his reasoning to move to LIV Golf was to 'play less and earn more money'. He told the Netflix cameras: "For me it was playing less, making more money.

"Pretty simple. Someone offers anyone a job, doing the same thing they're already doing but less time at the office and they're gonna pay them more. Pretty sure you're gonna take it. And something's wrong with you if you didn't."

The same point of view was also shared by Koepka, who believes 14 events in the season is 'perfect'. "I think right now it’s just perfect," he said We’ve got 14 here and then four majors. 18 is a pretty good schedule.”

Of course, Morgan does not have the luxury of his fellow LIV stars, having not qualified for the major championships of the season. And that is not set to change any time soon, with Saudi-funded series still yet to acquire Official World Golf Ranking, meaning LIV players continue to compete without the ability to earn ranking points.
