Paddy McGuinness blasted Alison Hammond on This Morning and jokingly urged that she should "stop following" him.
The BBC Top Gear star Paddy was on ITV's This Morning with Alison and Dermot O'Leary on Friday, March 31.
The 49-year-old made an appearance on the morning show to discuss his new Channel 4 series, Tempting Fortune.
He sat down with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary and soon got a little too comfortable.
"Can I just say as well, while we're here, The Great British Bake Off – well done," Paddy said to Alison, 48, to congratulate her on her new role as GBBO host.

The comedian then cheekily urged Alison to stop following him and get her own gigs.
Paddy didn't realise he was live on air (ITV)He said: "I'm on ITV, you're on ITV. I go to the Beeb, you come to the Beeb. I do Channel 4, you're there," before pointing his finger at the host and raising his voice to say: "Stop following me!"
Alison replied: "It's because I love ya. It's because I love you." Paddy then fumed: "Get your own gigs Hammond!"
The ITV Take Me Out star jokingly added: "Sick of giving you a leg up in the business."
It comes after Alison was named Matt Lucas' GBBO successor.
Mum-of-one Hammond rose to fame as a contestant on the third series of Big Brother in 2002 and joined This Morning in the same year.
She currently presents the weekday daytime show with Dermot O'Leary on Friday mornings and has has gone on to appear in multiple reality shows including I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, Celebrity Coach Trip, Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity MasterChef.
More recently, she appeared alongside actor Richard E Grant to host the 2023 Baftas. Paddy hosts BBC Top Gear and A Question of Sport, as well as Tempting Fortune, and used to be at the helm of dating gameshow Take Me Out during its ITV run.
Paddy also teased the possibility of new episodes of Max and Paddy's Road To Nowhere after 20 years.

Earlier this week, Paddy joined Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp and discussed the idea of a reunion.
Radio host Sian Welby asked the star whether the duo will get together again.
"We do talk about it and what have you, but, I don't, I can't, I can't see it at the minute, but we never say never, but it's good to talk," he said.
"Like Max and Paddy for instance, we wrote a couple of Christmas specials, and we still got them.
"And we never got around to doing one for whatever the reason was back in the day. But we've actually got them!"
