Holly Willoughby has opened up about her family life after a 'scary' holiday experience.
The mum-of-three, 42, shares kids, Harry, 13, Belle, 11 and Chester, eight, with TV producer Dan Baldwin.
The This Morning star rarely shares details about her home life, but did tell her Wylde Moon community about her recent getaway.
Speaking about how she's becoming more 'fearful' now she's older, she said: “A recent example was when Dan and the kids went paragliding, and whilst I’ve done it before, this time I declined.
"I thought I was declining because I’ve already done it once, but when I actually thought about it, I realised I felt too scared to do it again.

"So, in terms of life goals, I need to stop shutting things down that I attribute to being something my younger self would have done.
"I need to stop telling myself that those sorts of things are not for me anymore and just open up a little bit more to accepting that I might feel afraid, but I’m going to do it anyway!"

The presenter stunned fans with a rare glimpse into her private life as the trio got matching piercings.
Taking to Instagram to share a rare photo of "all three generations”, Holly took her family to Astrid & Miyu jewellers in London.
She shares three kids with husband Dan Baldwin (Instagram)She posted snaps of herself, her mum and her daughter in the piercing chair on Instagram and thanked the shop for “easing the nerves”.
She was particularly proud of Belle, gushing about how "brave" the 11-year-old had been getting her ears pierced for the first time.
Holly captioned the post: “3 generations getting their ears pierced... 1st experience for a very brave Belle, I treated myself to a 4th and Grandma went for a 3rd!!!

After seeing the post, one fan asked: “How did Belle find the experience? Really want a piercing but even at 22 it seems quite daunting.”
