Graham Potter has two huge months ahead of him, as the Chelsea boss tries to save his team's turbulent season.
The Blues are 10th in the Premier League table - 11 points behind Tottenham in fourth with a game in hand. Potter's side have reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League but must overcome holders Real Madrid to keep their European hopes alive.

Potter reaches Aubameyang decision
Chelsea are considering ripping up Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's contract.
The former Arsenal captain was signed by Chelsea in September but has played just seven minutes of Premier League football since the end of January. Aubameyang was even left out of Potter's squad for the knockout stages of the Champions League.
Chelsea complete record-breaking Enzo Fernandez transfer after deadline day rush
The 33-year-old's contract does not expire until June 2024, but it's believed an agreement might be reached before then. Aubameyang was pictured with his former Barcelona team-mates after their recent victory against bitter rivals Real in the LaLiga title race.

Inter Milan are thought to be interested in signing Aubameyang, while a return to Barcelona should not be ruled out just yet. It seems unlikely the Gabon international will break back into Chelsea's starting XI while Potter is in the Stamford Bridge hot seat.

Tuchel's first words at Bayern
Former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel spoke to the press on Saturday after succeeding Julian Nagelsmann as Bayern Munch manager.
Tuchel, who was sacked by the Blues in September, said, "Things went quickly. The timing was surprising, I didn't expect it and there was no contact beforehand. I assumed that I would continue my career abroad. The first interview was on Tuesday evening."
Mudryk teases Arsenal rival
Mykhaylo Mudryk did not waste an opportunity to wind up his Ukraine team-mate Oleksandr Zinchenko after being asked about his decision to join Chelsea instead of Arsenal.
Mudryk, 22, moved to Stamford Bridge in January - despite being linked with the Gunners for several months. Although Mudryk decided against joining Zinchenko at the Emirates, he was full of praise for the Arsenal star during an interview with Sky Sports.
"He [Zinchenko] helped me a lot. I like him so much," said Mudryk. "We often joke about Arsenal, Chelsea and what colour London is. But I like this guy, he is a very funny and very kind guy. We spend time always [together] in a positive way."

When asked what colour London is, Chelsea winger Mudryk was quick to reply, "Blue."
