Tyson Fury has broken his silence after his fight with Oleksandr Usyk collapsed - by heaping blame on his rival.
The 'Gypsy King' was eyeing the chance to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999 with a showdown against unified champion Usyk which was set for April 29 at Wembley Stadium. However after months of negotiations, the bout has been scrapped.
Fury has blamed Usyk for the fight not taking place, taking to social media to rant: "Usyk you little s***house, you proper little s***bag, bog-eyed, gappy-toothed ugly little rat b******. You slimy f***er, tried all week to get out of it, begging for a rematch like a little girl. You got your rematch then didn't want to fight you little s***house p*****.
"Always know p**** you were never man enough to tangle with the Gypsy King, ever in your life you little s***house. You little 14-stone coward, you little s***bag, you rat little b******. All your team know it as well, and all the lawyers have the full information you little ugly b******. Fight Dubois at the Copper Box now s***bag and always know that you, and anyone else like you, could never tangle with the Gypsy King you s***house little coward."

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum revealed weeks later an agreement had been reached for a unification bout to take place.

Negotiations rumbled on, with plenty of back-and-forth between the two heavyweights on social media, but on March 10 Ukrainian boxer Usyk accepted a 70-30 purse split, provided Fury donated £1million to Ukraine to help their efforts in the war against Russia.

The WBA also revealed it had received confirmation that an agreement for the blockbuster fight was in place, but it has now fallen through. No final agreement over terms could be reached between the two camps for an April 29 bout. Usyk, who beat Anthony Joshua in August, will now turn his attention to a mandatory defence of one of his belts later this summer, with Daniel Dubois likely to be in the opposite corner.
Fury will have to defend his title against a rival ranked in the top 15 with the WBC but the collapse of his fight with Usyk could lead to fresh negotiations with Anthony Joshua. The pair held talks last year but failed to reach an agreement and could return to the table if Joshua beats Jermaine Franklin next weekend.
