Emmerdale actor Lawrence Robb has shared details on the ‘explosive’ moment his character Mackenzie Boyd will finally see his one night stand secret come out.
Emmerdale's Charity Dingle will finally learn the truth about her cheating partner Mack in upcoming scenes after he slept with Chloe Harris last summer.
Mack was forced to reckon with what he did after Chloe announced she was pregnant with his baby – and now she is even living with Charity and Mack.
Actor Lawrence appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday morning to discuss the ongoing storyline on the Dales, as he said the character Mack has wanted to tell Charity the truth ‘for a while’.
He said of Mack: “He’s been stuck in that dilemma for quite some time and there’s always been things that have prevented him from doing so.”

Actor Lawrence appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday (ITV)Host Lorraine Kelly replied: “And he’s frightened because she’ll thump him and get him into trouble.”
Lawrence insisted his character does love Charity and the ‘family dynamic’ living with her has brought him.
“I think he’s juggling all of that all the while keeping his huge big secret under wraps,” he added. “It will come to a point where it all explodes. It always does.”
Lorraine replied: “Of course it does. He has to get his comeuppance. It’s kind of the ‘We were on a break’ excuse Ross did with Rachel in Friends.”
Lawrence insisted his character does love Charity (ITV)Lawrence stressed: “I don't condone what he did and I never will. It is kind of Ross and Rachel. I think I'm more on the side of Rachel, if I was to comment objectively, if I'm honest.”
Emmerdale has revealed that upcoming scenes will see Lawrence’s character Mack decide to reveal all to Charity, only for a family emergency to stop him in his tracks.
Ahead of his wedding to Charity, the soap's producers Jane Hudson and Laura Shaw have confirmed that she does finally find out the truth.
They spilled that the question needing to be answered was when it would happen and not if, having previously teased it could come out on their wedding day.

Jane revealed in a preview: "I think one of our big stories is Charity, Mackenzie and Chloe and that triangle. I mean we always thought it's not a question of if Charity will find out that Mack is the father of Chloe' baby, but it's when is she going to find out?

"She is going to find out and it is going to be explosive. There is going to be massive repercussions for all these characters which will carry us right into 2024."
