Casey King has opened up on his newfound sex life after he lost his virginity following his extreme weight loss.
The Family By The Ton star, 38, has shed almost 600 pounds following life-changing bariatric surgery.
And now he has revealed how the operation has left him with a newfound confidence and allowed him to take his love life to the next level.
The Georgian native appeared on the second season of the hit TLC show when he weighed 711 pounds. At his heaviest, the reality TV star weighed 845 pounds.
He was followed by cameras along with his three cousins for the 2019 filming. The quartet weighed a whopping 2,200 pounds all together.

But now, four years on, he is no longer the morbidly obese man that was seen on screen and looks unrecognisable.
Casey King has opened up on his new confidence following his weight loss (_casyking_/Instagram)At the time, he wasn't physically able to fit in a bath or shower and he has now revealed just how much his new appearance is boosting his morale - and his sex life.
Speaking to TMZ, Casey said: "I didn't date before at all. I lost my virginity at 35, 36. I never had a girlfriend. I literally never date ever until this past year and a half.
"It's unbelievable. Girls are pretty, they smell good. They're good to kiss, spend time with, the intimacy is great - there were things I was starved for my entire life."
At his heaviest, Casey weighed over 800lbs (TLC)He continued: "I've never experienced being around anyone, except on a friend level so it's a whole new world of happiness and opportunity I didn't even think about."
While he has been open about his newfound confidence with females, he admits he still lacks body confidence when it comes to undressing in the bedroom.
"I am not fully happy with my body still," he continued. "So if I'm not comfortable I can't do anything. The feeling is there, the want is there but my mind is just not there."

He then hopes to have another operation to remove the excess skin which is a result of his dramatic weight loss.
He revealed he intends to rid the skin from his stomach, chest and arms.
