Sometimes nothing can beat a McDonald's breakfast when you're in need of a bit of a morning pick-me-up, with fluffy scrambled eggs being a particular favourite amongst fans. Now a McDonald's worker has shown just what goes into making these signature eggs, and it makes for quite a satisfying watch.
Employee Yanii, who regularly shares eye-opening content about cooking fast food behind the Golden Arches, recently demonstrated the technique for their foodie followers, in a video that's clocked up 166.2K likes and counting.
They kicked things off by drizzling butter all across a hot rectangular grill pan, squirting it straight from a bottle. Then, when the butter was bubbling away, they added the eggs.
Rather than crack fresh eggs into the pan as some had assumed, Yanii, who goes by the TikTok username @kallme.yanii, instead opened up a carton of liquid eggs and poured the bright yellow substance all over the pan until it was covered completely from corner to corner.
Once the eggs had begun to set, Yanii began to gently 'scramble, scramble, scramble' at the edges, using a spatula.

They advised: "You want to scramble until it gets really thick, until they really look like scrambled eggs."
Many were surprised to see liquid eggs being used (Bloomberg via Getty Images)Eventually, the eggs were suitably thick enough for Yanii to divide into four slices, using the spatula, before scrambling each section a little more. Yanii then popped the four servings into a tray, ready to serve.
Many viewers were left mesmerised by the technique, while a number initially assumed the carton of liquid eggs was actually orange juice due to the bright colour and runny consistency.
One person commented: "At my McDonald's they use a box thing with a handle with four boxes and they pour it in and shake it to scramble."
Another advised: "I used to work at McDonald's. Get the round eggs from the McMuffins. Not the liquid eggs."
