Extreme Sisters stars Christina and Jessica sparked concern after stripping off naked before climbing into a bathtub together to practise 'pulling a baby out'.
The siblings are followed throughout the hit-TLC reality programme as the show highlights their extremely close bond – and now Christina's birthing plans.
Both 37, the sibling hopes to have a home birth and seemingly got in some practise during the most recent episode of the out-there television show.
"So, I am having a home birth. All natural, I’m going to do it in water. My plan is to turn my living room into a euphoric experience," she says in this week's episode.

Cameras then cut to the sisters in the bathroom as Christina lay in the tub, surrounded by bubbles, candles and her sister’s watchful eye.
Jessica suggested the pair lose their clothes to "be spiritual" as Christina reminded her to "put a tampon in" before she got in as she was on her period.
Speaking in confessional, Jessica explained: "During the birth, I plan on being in the tub.
The pair climbed into the bathtub together to practise the birth (TLC)"I’m going to be right there next to her, pulling the baby out, putting the baby on her chest. I am fully immersing [myself] in this power, this womanhood, right there with you."
Fans flocked to TLC's Instagram comments to air their thoughts on Christina's unusual birthing plans, urging Jessica to take a step back as it is "not her baby".
Others felt sympathy for Christina’s "poor husband" for the sister's role in the birth.
