YouTube star Logan Paul has some big news to reveal as he teased a "major announcement" with UFC boss Dana White.
It's unclear what the announcement will be, but Paul uploaded a series of video clips to Instagram about him potentially fighting in the UFC. Some of the clips included UFC commentator Joe Rogan praising Paul's fighting abilities, whilst another included White and Paul discussing a potential UFC move for the YouTuber on his Impaulsive podcast.
At the end of the video, Paul can be seen signing a contract at the UFC's HQ in Las Vegas. Coincidentally placed on the table is a bottle of his Prime Energy drink, a brand which he runs alongside former boxing opponent turned business partner KSI. Fans are convinced that the announcement, which will be made on Tuesday, is about Prime becoming an official partner of the UFC instead of Paul fighting in the promotion.
White was recently spotted drinking Prime at a UFC post-fight press conference earlier this month, first hinting at a partnership between the two. Since its launch last year, Prime's immense popularity has led to people scuffling in supermarkets to get their hands on the drink when it hits the shelves. Resellers have even priced individual bottles for as high as £30 and some parents forked out thousands of pounds over Christmas to buy the drink for their children.
Talks of Paul fighting in the UFC heated up last year when the American called out Paddy Pimblett, telling the True Geordie podcast: "I'm taking out Paddy The Baddy dude, I'm taking him out." Paul said he wanted to fight someone in the UFC who can sell tickets and believes "loud mouth" Pimblett would be a perfect opponent.

Pimblett butted heads with Paul last month when the UFC star launched his own energy drink alongside Applied Nutrition, also claiming the product is better than Prime Energy. Paul took offence to part of a video Pimblett video put out in which he attempted to show how much two grams of sugar is, which is the sugar content in Prime, by pouring a large amount of it onto a table.
Paul threatened to pursue legal action against Pimblett whilst mocking the quality of his Applied Nutrition energy drink. "I could technically sue the f*** out of you for that misinformation and that's a fact, you f***ing lied. The brand is s***, it makes Paddy look like a cheap sell-out," Paul said on his podcast.
