The suspect in a mass shooting that left seven dead "didn't react much" when being arrested, a witness has said.
Zhao Chunli, 67, was arrested after four people were found dead at a first farm on Cabrillo Highway at 2.22pm (10.22pm GMT) on Monday January 23 with another person rushed to hospital in a critical condition in Half Moon Bay, California, in the US.
And shortly afterwards a further three people were discovered dead at a nearby farm.
The suspect is believed to have driven to the police station where he was arrested.
This came after 11 were killed in a mass shooting in Monterey, California.

Local woman Kati McHugh, 38, witnessed the arrest after driving to the station to get more information about the shooting.
She unwittingly parked her car next to the suspected shooter, who was sitting in his vehicle outside.

When she first pulled up she didn't notice his car, instead focusing on the police coming and going from the station.
She told ABC 7: "My focus was on the police coming and going from the substation. His car was on my left-hand side; the substation was on right.”

On returning to her vehicle a police officer told her to step back and she realised she had walked right into the suspect's arrest.
In a video taken by McHugh, Chunli can be seen being ordered to get out of a car by police and then being forced to the ground before he was handcuffed and taken away.
Recalling the moment, she said Chunli “seemed calm and quiet” as he was being arrested.
She said: “He didn’t react much when he was taken down. It all happened very, yeah, calmly."

All the dead are thought to be Chinese farm workers with San Mateo County Board of Supervisors President Dave Pinesaying the attacks were committed by a "disgruntled worker".

He is believed to have been a worker at one of the farms.
Local police initially tweeted: "The Sheriff's Office is responding to a shooting incident with multiple victims in the area of HWY 92 and the HMB City limits.

The suspect drove himself to a sheriff's station where he was arrested by police and he is believed to be a Half Moon Bay resident.
Police have said he is currently cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
