Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been spotted for the first time since being arrested “like a common criminal”.
The ex-Duke of York, 66, was seen walking his dogs near his new home Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, in Norfolk, with a bodyguard.

It is the first time Andrew has been spotted since his arrest last month.
Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office on his 66th birthday last month.
Police swooped on his temporary home, Wood Farm, where he has been exiled since King Charles booted him out of Royal Lodge.
The ex-prince is set to move to neighboring Marsh Farm in the coming days – with crews working round the clock to sort the finishing touches.
Teams were scrambled to the estate and Andrew was quizzed for more than 10 hours over his relationship with convicted paedo Jeffrey Epstein.
The shamed ex-prince was held in custody before he was released under investigation from the Aylsham police station later the same day.
He was reportedly labeled Detainee A by custody staff and detectives during his questioning.
But he had not been seen since being released from the police station, when he was snapped looking shocked in the back of a car.
Andrew is being investigated over allegations that he gave commercially valuable and sensitive information to a billionaire sex offender.
