Sarah Ferguson gave a touching eulogy as she paid tribute to Lisa Marie Presley and shared her support to the late star's family during a speech at Elvis' daughter's memorial service today.
The Duchess of York, 63, revealed she affectionately called Lisa Marie, who died aged 54 earlier this month, her "sissy" as she gave a touching speech at the service, which is taking part in Graceland today.
As she stood in front of mourners at the memorial service, which was live-streamed online, Sarah said: "You talked about the flames and I think it's time that we all need to stoke our flames within to do what Joel said, which was to celebrate the extraordinary Lisa Marie.
"And I stand here with great honour because we called each other sissy and I've been with you being with you all for all your lives really," she said in a tribute to Lisa Marie's family. "And I stand here with great honour."
The Duchess of York said it was a 'great honour' to pay tribute to her dear late friendSarah also mentioned the late Queen Elizabeth II in her speech, revealed the late monarch had given her an insight into grief.

She said: "My late mother-in-law used to say that nothing can be said – can begin to take away the anguish and the pain of these moments because grief is the price we pay for love and how right she was."
The Duchess of York, who recently said Lisa Marie died of a broken heart, went on to discuss the heartache of a mother losing a child as she referenced Lisa Marie's son's Benjamin Keough's death in 2020: "And today we talk about Lisa Marie. We look at Priscilla, as a mother to Lisa Marie.

"We can light the flame. So for Riley for Harper and Finley and for the entire family, we march forward in support of you, all of us are with you and we will help you as best you can."
Continuing to share her support to Lisa's family – including her children Riley Keough, 33, and twins Finley and Harper, 14 – she added: "If you just put out your hand we will be there – well, I will definitely be there."
Sarah then revealed that she asked the late broadcaster David Frost's son George Frost if he could read words written by George to remember his dad as part of her eulogy.

Reading the speech, she said: "I've had my life and enjoyed every second as it is another knife has beckoned.
"It's important to know that I've not gone and I hope that on you all my light has shone, stay in that sunshine. Rest never in the shade.
"Don't curse my absence, as this light, you'll evade.

"I live in the smiles, the moon, the stars and sky and I feel eternal pride as I watch you all fly and from my darling children who wonder what to do, just have a wonderful time as I will, living through you. Thank you."
