Fire engulfs Exeter City’s St James Park after £3.4m stadium redevelopment

A fire ripped through Exeter City FC’s stadium last night after a recent major redevelopment worth £3.4 million.

Flames erupted in the stands of St James Park just after 10pm last night.

Footage of the inferno shows plumes of black smoke with bright orange and red flames leaping from the scene.
