“Trump knew about the girls”: explosive Epstein emails rock the White House

This development occurs as Trump encounters increasing pressure to disclose the full content of the so-called Epstein files

Donald Trump "knew about the girls" Jeffrey Epstein abused and even "spent hours" with one of his victims, newly released emails claim.

The emails, released by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, allegedly show Epstein writing to his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell that Trump “spent hours” with one of his victims.

In separate emails to Michael Wolff, Epstein wrote, “of course he knew about the girls.”

Epstein had been writing to Wolff to ask for advice on how to deal with Trump discussing their friendship during an interview with CNN.

“I think you should let him hang himself,” Wolff told Epstein.

“If he says he hasn’t been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency.

"You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt.”

Speaking to Wolff about Trump’s claim he banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago resort, the sex offender added: "Trump said he asked me to resign, never a member ever.

"Of course he knew about the girls as he asked ghislaine to stop."

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt branded the emails an attempt to "smear" the president.

She said: "The Democrats selectively leaked emails to the liberal media to create a fake narrative to smear President Trump.

"The ’unnamed victim’ referenced in these emails is the late Virginia Giuffre, who repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and "couldn’t have been friendlier” to her in their limited interactions.

"The fact remains that President Trump kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club decades ago for being a creep to his female employees, including Giuffre.

"These stories are nothing more than bad-faith efforts to distract from President Trump’s historic accomplishments, and any American with common sense sees right through this hoax and clear distraction from the government opening back up again."

In a statement, Congressman Robert Garcia said: “The more Donald Trump tries to cover up the Epstein files, the more we uncover.

"These latest emails and correspondence raise glaring questions about what else the White House is hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the President.”

It comes as Trump faces growing pressure to release the entirety of the so-called Epstein files, as more evidence of his connection to the infamous financier come to light.

Trump has long insisted he did not ‘have the privilege’ of visiting Epstein’s notorious island.

The US president has been plagued by the Epstein files after his administration came under fire for claiming the client list of the notorious sex trafficker and paedophile ‘doesn’t exist’.

The public, and large swathes of Trump’s supporter base, have been demanding answers about the disgraced financier’s child sex trafficking ring and the list, which allegedly contains the names of Epstein’s associates.

Epstein was found dead by suicide in his Manhattan cell in 2019, shortly after his arrest on sex trafficking charges.

Trump has suggested in recent months that he has very little interest in releasing more details of Epstein’s crimes.

“You know, it’s a hoax that’s been built up way beyond proportion. I can say this. Those files were run by the worst scum on earth … The whole thing is a hoax. They ran the files.”
