Two-year-old child dies after being hit by car in Whitstable car park
On Saturday night, police hurried to Whitstable, Kent, after receiving reports of a car driving into a car park crowded with people, resulting in the death of a two-year-old child at the scene.
A two-year-old child has died after a car ploughed through a car park fence and hit pedestrians, according to reports.
A man in his 20s man was arrested at the scene, in Whitstable, Kent, for causing death by dangerous driving and remains in custody whilst enquiries continue.
The shocking collision happened in the Gorrell Tank car park and police said they were called to the scene at 8.24pm on Saturday.
