Oleksandr Usyk knocks out Dubois to become undisputed heavyweight champion

The fight began with the expected pressure from Dubois. Usyk, for his part, acted cautiously, working on his feet. The first three rounds were more of a tactical struggle, but Usyk was nevertheless more convincing.

The turning point of the fight came in the fifth round. Oleksandr found his rhythm and began breaking down the Briton’s defense with his signature multi-punch combinations. The speed and boxing intelligence of the Ukrainian became an insolvable challenge for Dubois. The Briton began to receive more and more clean punches, slow down, and lose confidence. This led to two knockdowns and a knockout!
