US President Donald Trump has unveiled a new line of perfumes for both women and men.

That’s according to The Independent.

“Not content with putting his name on sneakers, Bibles, guitars and cryptocurrency, the 45th and 47th president of the United States now wants you to buy his new perfumes,” the publication says.

“Trump’s perfumes are here. They’re called ‘Victory 45-47’, because they’re about Victory, Strength and Success – for men and women,” President Donald Trump announced on his own social media platform, Truth Social, on Monday evening.

The packaging features images of the president and symbolic gestures, such as a raised fist or gilded statuettes.

“The perfumes, being offered at $249 per bottle and featuring an ‘iconic’ and supposedly ‘limited edition’ gold figurine, are the latest in Trump’s fragrance line, which first went on sale last December,” the article reads.

The women’s version is marketed as expressing “confidence, beauty and relentless determination”, while the men’s eau de toilette is offered “for men who lead with strength, confidence and purpose”.

“But a note at the bottom of the page states: ‘Trump Perfumes are not designed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump’, and are instead produced under a branding licence,” The Independent notes.

The outlet adds that President Trump did not take an ethics pledge during his time in office, unlike most other modern US presidents.

“Perfume is just one star in the galaxy of products Trump has promoted from the presidential pulpit since his return to power. According to Forbes, Trump may have earned up to $315 million from his new ‘$TRUMP’ cryptocurrency since its launch at the end of January, even though its value has dropped from $27.72 per coin to $8.73,” the article continues.

Trump’s latest financial disclosure revealed that last year, he earned $2.8 million from “Trump Watches”, $3 million from his photo book Save America, and $50 million from his Mar-a-Lago estate and private members’ club.
