A disgraced Met Police officer who told a woman of his "white supremacist rape fantasy" has been dismissed following several other "sickening" offences.
PC David Seager expressed 'repugnant' attitudes towards sexual violence and racial domination, a misconduct panel heard. Seager had also messaged a member of the public about a defendant in a Crown Court trial he was involved in which he said he would be 'anally raped' in jail.
He admitted some of the messages might appear 'risqué' to those who were 'non-woke' - claiming he wouldn't be subjected to the same level of scrutiny if he were 'a builder or a fireman'. Seager, based at Lewisham Police Station in south east London, has now finally been dismissed from the force following his second misconduct hearing in a matter of weeks. A previous, separate hearing had resulted in a final warning over sexualised comments he'd made to junior female colleagues.
Amy Clarke, on behalf of the Met Police, told PC Seager's second misconduct panel he'd sent repeated messages referencing 'sexual violence, rape, forced impregnation and slavery in the context of sexual fantasy' to a woman he was in a sexual relationship with but had only known for 'a matter of days'.
He also sent the woman, named only as Miss A, messages about a Crown Court trial in which he was involved in a professional capacity. PC Seager sent Miss A WhatsApp messages about the defendant in the case, saying: "He will without doubt get prison. Where his a*** will be torn apart. He deserves it."

Assistant Commissioner Pippa Mills, chairing the misconduct panel, said the messages expressed 'offensive and repugnant attitudes' around sexual violence and racial prejudice which amounted to gross misconduct. She added: "The messages express [a] graphic desire to commit rape and other acts of sexual violence towards Miss A in a context of a white supremacist setting.
"They demonstrate an utter disregard for the feelings and welfare of Miss A, the sexually violent scenarios being aggravated by expressions of domination based on Miss A’s race." AC Mills said one message about a 'plantation rape fantasy' presented 'almost as a short story'.
PC Seager had argued to the panel the messages were sent in private and he has a right to privacy and a private life. During his misconduct hearing, he admitted some of his messages might appear ‘risqué' to the ‘non-woke members of the world’, adding: "I would not be here if I were a builder or a fireman." But the panel ruled his 'bigoted and prejudiced' comments were of 'grave concern'.
AC Mills added: “It is wholly unacceptable for those who enforce the law to express casually to a member of the public sexual fantasies involving desires of rape and slavery.”
The panel also heard Seager shared naked images of Miss A to third parties without her consent, making his assertion the messaging was private 'untenable'. The officer had additionally expressed a desire to 'damage' the Met 'tantamount to blackmail' during his misconduct hearing.
He had at one point stated: “I was much more valuable as a serving police officer than I am as an enemy... I am currently exploring avenues of very publicly suing the police. I will spend the rest of my life defaming the MPS as hard as I can."
AC Mills added the fact he was quick to degrade his fellow officers and the values of the MPS contained a 'profound irony' which could be 'lost on nobody'.
Seager had been suspended from duty since November 2021 following other allegations explored in a previous misconduct hearing. These proven allegations related to him telling junior female colleagues: 'your t**s look amazing... I would love to squeeze them' and making other sexual comments.
That hearing concluded with a final written warning for Seager, but he has now been dismissed following his second misconduct hearing. AC Mills said: "Miss A’s trust and confidence in PC Seager was enhanced because of his professional status as a police officer.
"She used a police officer emoji in saving his contact number to her phone [and] PC Seager sent messages to her of him in his police uniform and bragging about his official duties. These features caused her to place greater trust in PC Seager and accept the offensive messaging content.

"PC Seager must have been aware his messages demonstrated a relaxed and highly inappropriate attitude towards rape, sexual violence towards women and racial suppression. My decision is Police Constable David Seager be dismissed without notice."
Detective Chief Superintendent Trevor Lawry, the South East Borough Commander for Lewisham, Greenwich and Bexley, said: "The messages PC Seager sent were grossly offensive and upsetting I cannot imagine the level of distress and harm they caused to the woman. The fact they were sent to her by a police officer is sickening. PC Seager has been rightly dismissed. The Commissioner has been clear we remove anyone from the organisation who falls below the high standards we must uphold."
