Sharon Osbourne made a heartbreaking confession about her frail husband Ozzy to her housemates while discussing the rocker's failing health.

She then confirmed she will be moving back to the UK next month after admitting she missing Britain "very very much". Viewer saw her sitting in the bedroom with Marisha Wallace, and she opens up about her life in LA and the legendary music star's condition after a worrying number of years.

Back in 2003, 74-year-old Ozzy was involved in a near fatal quad bike accident that left him with a broken neck vertebra, as well as fractures to his collarbone and six ribs. The damage to his collarbone crushed a major artery and nerves, as well as a vertebra in his neck, meaning major surgery was required to restore blood flow. His heart stopping beating after the accident, which occurred at his Buckinghamshire estate.

Things haven't improved for the icon and in 2019, Parkinson's sufferer Ozzy had yet another excruciating fall at his Los Angeles home, aggravating his old injuries. He lost his balance in the bathroom and landed flat on his face - and while his loyal wife says it has been a struggle ever since, she joked that some things never change.

Quizzing Sharon on how long she’d been in the States for, she jokes: “A long ass time!” before admitting: “I first moved to America in 75. And I stayed. Even though Ozzy’s from England we met over there.” Marisha remarked: “You have been together so long.”

Sharon agreed, saying: “Forever, a lifetime.” Then Marisha asked: “What is it like to be with someone for that long, I can’t even imagine” and was told: “It just becomes the most natural thing.” Marisha then asked how Ozzy was doing after some recent health struggles.

‌Sharon admitted: “He’s doing OK, it’s hard for him but he’s doing ok. He’s already started to complain. I had my last phone call with him on the way here and he was miserable!" The music legend himself detailed the 'constant' pain he endured in the aftermath as metal plates were put in his neck after the fall, but had to be removed as they only caused him further discomfort.

Ozzy first opened up about his battle with Parkinson's disease in January 2020, during an appearance on Good Morning America, telling co-anchor Robin Roberts that the diagnosis had been 'terribly challenging' for his family. He continued: "Coming from a working-class background, I hate to let people down. I hate to not do my job. And so when I see my wife goin' to work, my kids goin' to work, everybody's doing—tryin' to be helpful to me, that gets me down because I can't contribute to my family, you know."

Speaking to Rolling Stone UK, Ozzy - who said he has a maximum of ten years left to live - said: "I said to Sharon that I'd smoked a joint recently and she said, 'What are you doing that for! It'll f*****g kill you'.' I said: 'How long do you want me to f*****g live for?!' At best, I've got ten years left and when you're older, time picks up speed!"

He continued: "I thought I'd be up and running after the second and third [surgeries], but with the last one they put a f****g rod in my spine. They found a tumour in one of the vertebrae, so they had to dig all that out too. It's pretty rough, man, and my balance is all f****d."
