This Morning fans horrified as guest gets filler injected into hands
This Morning viewers were left horrified during Tuesday's instalment of the ITV programme when one willing guest got fillers injected into her hands to make her skin more youthful.
As cosmetic procedures and facial surgeries continue to become more and more accepted in today's society, the eye-opening segment on This Morning showcased that our hands can show signs of ageing just as quickly as our faces.
Ahead of this year’s Academy Awards, Hollywood stars are even getting "hand rejuvenation" surgery to help their mitts appear red carpet ready. And with some celebrities, including Dolly Parton, they're even going one step further by wearing skin coloured gloves to hide their "hand-barrassment". Nadine Baggott joined This Morning hosts Craig Doyle and Josie Gibson to showcase how those willing can reverse the clock on their hands - for a fraction of the cost.
The willing guest wanted to have more youthful skin on her handsSkin expert Nadine told viewers that while using SPF daily on our hands will help to keep sagging skin and wrinkles at bay, hand-creams can also help to keep the skin looking youthful. However, those who are keen to hide the signs of aging on their hands are taking more drastic steps - even getting fillers injected into the backs of their hands.
During Tuesday's instalment of This Morning, one willing guest underwent the procedure, as a qualified cosmetics nurse injected the anti-aging filler into her skin, but viewers watched on in horror - and not just at the sight of the needles.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, they shared their reactions. "I'm actually horrified that they're promoting this rubbish on This Morning. Aging is NATURAL. Who in their right mind would care about having a few wrinkles in their hands. Oh my goodness," one fumed.
"What in The Kardashian's is going on on This Morning!!!! Flicked over and this woman is getting her hand filled with fillers. What's the world come to lads," another echoed. "OMG not someone getting fillers injected into their hands on This Morning," someone else quipped.

While someone else agreed: "I've seen a lot of things in my time, but this has to be up there with one of the most idiotic things ever shown on TV. Millions of people are dying across the world in war and they choose to show this s***."
Elsewhere, others argued that the This Morning segment wasn't "that deep". "It's really not that deep. Let people do what they want to their bodies and don't be effected by it maybe? Gosh." While another echoed: "If I could justify spending money on that, I 100% would. Each to their own I guess."
