Sometimes, things can feel super overwhelming when you're out and about with your kids.

You're concerned they're being too loud and boisterous for the people around you, desperately looking around to check nobody is tutting at you and judging you and your little ones.

One Australian mum named Tyne was so panicked about her three-and-a-half and 18-month-old kids being a nuisance that she found herself apologising to the woman seated next to them who had a book in her hand, warning they may be noisy.

The stranger seemed unbothered by the situation and made friendly conversation, and Tyne, her husband and sons enjoyed their breakfast as they were on a wholesome family holiday.

But the stranger's next act of kindness left the stressed-out mum nearly in tears. Taking to a local Facebook group to share the heartwarming moment, Tyne revealed that when she went to go and pay the bill, it had already been paid, and the woman had left her a note, reports Kidspot.

The woman's note read: "It was such a pleasure sharing my brekkie space with you. Please keep doing what you're doing. You've got a beautiful family! Hopefully, you can splurge a little more at Sealife today!", and she signed the note off 'Em' and a love-heart.

Tyne said that she "almost cried" at the generosity and kindness of the woman, saying that she "needed to hear" the woman's "kind words" to be reassured that she was doing a good job.

Tyne posted on Facebook to try and find the woman, writing: "YOU ARE AN AMAZING SOUL!" Tyne insisted that she and her family would pay the kindness forward.

In the comments, people reassured the woman that she "shouldn't apologise" for her children, and someone else said: "I am 82 this year and love the fact that mums and dads can occasionally take their children for breakfast, never happened in my day."
