Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have one similarity when it comes to fashion, and this was apparent when the Duchess of Sussex made a very glamorous appearance in Canada over the weekend.
Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex flew from their sprawling Montecito mansion in California to Canada for the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025's One Year to Go celebrations. While on their fun-filled and jam-packed trip, the couple made several public appearances, with them even taking part in some demonstrations as well.
When the couple was in attendance at the Hillcrest Community Centre in Vancouver for a wheelchair curling event at the weekend, Meghan looked extremely elegant in a £1,028 Sentaler cape in a dark camel hue, with shawl collar details, and a belt that cinched her figure in at the waist.

Members of the Royal Family have long worn gloves because it is thought that they can help maintain cleanliness and hygiene, especially when interacting with numerous people at events where handshakes and close contact are common.

One of the rumours that surround the glove-wearing custom of being royal is that they reduce the risk of contracting common colds or viruses through the shaking of hands.
Glove-wearing is something that the Princess of Wales often does too, which comes amid the royal tradition of wearing gloves as a classic accessory. And it seems that Princess Kate and Duchess Meghan have followed in the footsteps of their late mother-in-law Princess Diana, who often sported gloves on outings despite them having been removed from Diana's royal everyday wear.
Last year, Kate famously wore some long black gloves with her white dress at the BAFTA Film Awards. And Meghan's recent camel-coloured gloves mark the Duchess of Sussex's latest foray with glove-wearing.
