Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway will return to ITV next weekend for its 20th series.
The multi-award winning entertainment show will be back on screens for its final outing on Saturday, February 24. Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly previously confirmed the ITV show would be taking an extended break following this upcoming series.
The upcoming 20th series will have loads of brand new high octane challenges, hilarious hidden camera set ups, new studio games and live surprises, but will also be a momentous magical celebration of all things Takeaway from over the years. Ant and Dec have confirmed a host of treats for the live launch show next weekend including Stephen Merchant as the Guest Announcer, the unveiling of our brand new little Ant & Dec, a must watch and hilarious Simon Cowell ‘Undercover’ and a special End of the Show Show with Becky Hill and Urban Theory.

The Geordie duo also shared a clip on X, formerly known as Twitter, giving fans a sneak peak into the upcoming series.
In the clip, Ant said: "Series 20, can you believe it?" Dec replied: "We've had some incredible Saturday nights," to which Ant asked: "Reckon you've got one final series in you?"

"Oh try and stop me. There's a lot to pack in though," Dec said as Ant added: "Yeah, but I wouldn't miss it for the world." Fans of the ITV show rushed to question whether this would be the last series ever following Ant and Dec's confirmation they would be resting the series.
One commented: "I don’t wanna see the end of this iconic show! It’s my absolute favourite show of all times," and another said: "I hope it’s not the last one ever I look forward to this every year. When life’s tough I stick on @antanddec and manage to smile xx."
Ant and Dec were spotted earlier this month filming with Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden. Dec was joined by the Britain's Got Talent judges and Craig David for filming as they pranked members of the public that came in for an interview.
Dec was pictured with a party bag and appeared to whack on a fake moustache while pretending to choke on a banana. He was then seen popping a confetti canon and running around the room in hilarious scenes.
Last year, Ant and Dec announced their plans to "rest" the Bafta-winning show before promising fans their plans to work on new TV formats. Taking to Instagram, the smartly-dress paired announced they would be taking a break from the beloved TV show. Ant revealed: "We've got some news for you. Next year, in 2024, it will be our 20th series of Saturday Night Takeaway. And we've got some very special look-backs planned as well as some very exciting new items."
Dec continued: "And we've also decided that our 20th series will be our last one for a little while. The show takes up so much of a year we just feel like we need a little bit of a breather and the show is going to take a little bit of a rest. But before that we've got the 20th series to plan," Ant remarked as Dec interjected: "And we're looking forward to it."
