Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's engagement plans enrage fans amid big decision
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce disappointed fans with their decision not to get engaged at the Super Bowl, but one expert has said they're simply "making the right decisions" for them.
The Kansas City Chiefs secured a 25 -22 win over the San Francisco 49ers last night, making it Travis' third Super Bowl win and his second in succession. Taylor rushed to celebrate with her boyfriend and many fans prepared themselves for Travis to pop the question.
However, they were left rather disappointed when Travis didn't propose to Taylor, with some even calling him an "idiot" on social media. Relationship expert Louella Alderson has reassured fans and said the lack of an engagement is nothing to worry about.

It's possible that they are taking things at a pace that feels right for them and not giving in to outside pressure or expectations.

"Their relationship seems to be going strong, but getting engaged is a big step and requires careful consideration and thought. They may have decided that they aren't ready for marriage yet, which isn't a cause for concern.
"It's important for couples to take their time and make sure they are making the right decisions for their individual relationship." Louella also suggested Taylor and Travis wanted the Chiefs to have their big moment.

They may have wanted to keep the focus on the team's success and not detract from it with personal news.
"Taylor Swift's attendance at the Chief's games has already garnered a lot of attention, and a proposal at this time could have taken away from the celebration." She continued: "Engagements are also incredibly personal, and for two high-profile celebrities who are in the public eye, it's understandable that they may want to keep some things private and not share them with the world.
"It's likely that if they do get engaged, it will be a more intimate and meaningful moment for just the two of them. Travis's decision not to propose at the Super Bowl doesn’t imply anything negative about their relationship; it appears that they are taking things at their own pace and making decisions that feel right for them as a couple."
