Meghan Markle 'jealous' of Prince Harry being 'in love with Kate Middleton'
A royal author has sensationally claimed Prince Harry being "in love" with Princess Kate led to jealousy from Meghan Markle.
The trio and Prince William have had a strained relationship for some time and now it's been alleged Meghan was "envious" and "jealous" of her sister-in-law. The author of a new book titled My Mother and I that explains the late Queen's relationship with her son, King Charles, opens up further on the allegations that suggest Harry's true feelings.
Ingrid Seward described how Harry's claims in his Memoir, Spare, could have been due to his personal feelings. Harry explained in his book how Kate had allegedly made Meghan cry due to a bridesmaid's dress for Princess Charlotte not fitting correctly.

She said: "Maybe Harry was a little in love with Kate". She quickly shut down any confusion over whether she meant physically, saying: "No, no, no – I don’t mean physically but mentally. Remember when it was just the three of them? He always longed for a sister, he told Diana that.

"Psychologically I think he just adored her and he was always there, at Kensington Palace, in their fridge, you know, ‘What’s for supper?’."
The comments come as Harry and Meghan skipped the Super Bowl on Sunday after intense rumours they'd be in attendance. Harry had earlier attended the NFL Honours ceremony after jetting back to the states following a brief visit to see his sick dad.
Their Super Bowl no-show confused fans who were awaiting the Duke and Duchess' appearance alongside the star-studded audience, including Taylor Swift and Blake Lively. But it's thought Harry and Meghan, who were said to have received a personal invite to the clash, skipped the game with their trip to Canada just days away.
The pair are thought to be preparing for a big business trip ahead of next year's Invictus Games. They are expected to spend three days in the country as they celebrate one year to go until the 2025 edition of the Invictus Games, which Harry set up 10 years ago.
The Duke set up the Invictus Games in 2014 in a bid to help injured and sick military veterans. The Games' website describes how he had wanted to inspire "recovery through sports, esports and adventurous challenge".
