Meghan Markle seemed to have been "snubbed" by British Vogue editor Edward Enninful as she was missing from the magazine's latest issue about legendary women.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed the Duchess of Sussex wasn't included in the impressive line-up of models, designers and A-list celebrities on the front of the March 2024 edition. The magazine instead featured interviews with the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams, and Jameela Jamil.
Many were left wondering why Meghan had been left off the cover, having previously been pals with Edward and even worked as guest editor of a special issue of Vogue back in 2019. PR expert Matt Yanofsky has suggested it would have been a "logistical nightmare" to involve Meghan.

"It's possible they chose to not deal with her to get the cover over the finish line. Or it's possible she just wasn't available." However, Matt also suggested there could be another reason why Meghan wasn't featured.
He explained how her "fame isn't what it was in 2019", meaning she might not have been popular enough to make the cut. The expert said only the editors will know the real reason as to why Meghan was "snubbed".

However, it was claimed Meghan and Edward had a bitter fallout over the former Suits star's demands. According to royal biographer Tom Bower, Meghan exasperated the British Vogue editor over "poor ideas" and clashed with Edward and his staff.
For the latest issue, it was revealed Edward personally invited famous faces from the runway and Hollywood to pose for the cover as he bowed out of editing Vogue after being at the helm for more than six years. "When the idea for the cover was ignited, there was only one question: would 40 of the most booked and blessed women on earth actually make it to one studio in Manhattan, on one day in December?" British Vogue wrote on social media, adding that the cover was full of the "greatest talents".
