Love Island's Joe Garrett addresses brutal dumping and his feelings are clear
Love Island star Joe Garrett spent less than a week in the villa before packing his bags as a result of a double eviction - and the star made his thoughts on last night's brutal dumping clear.
The shock dumping came shortly after the Islanders gathered around the firepit to reveal their true feelings towards each other. However, viewers were left on tenterhooks as host strutted into the villa and halted their game. She'd asked each couple to reveal who they thought was the least compatible pairing among the group. Maya shared that those with the most votes would be at risk of being dumped from the Island.
The Islanders then had to choose who they wanted to stay - and eventually, Joe and Joanna, who both originally appeared in the fifth series of the show - became the latest Islanders to get the boot. They were followed by Chris Taylor at the end of the Friday night's episode.
The dumping meant that Chris, 33, and Arabella, 32, who both previously clashed and broken off their brief romance in a bitter turn of events, were once again paired together. A fuming Joe, clearly shocked by the results, turned to his fellow Islanders and exclaimed: "Come on!"

The blonde-haired hunk revealed that he'd chosen to couple up with Arabella because of the fact she was single.

Speaking to host Maya Jama, he said: "The recoupling when I chose Arabella because all day I alluded that I might choose elsewhere and ruffle some feathers but I’ll never spoil love. I’d rather watch love blossom than steal it, but it was fun to see the boys sweat a little over my decision."

When asked Chris for his reaction to being partnered with Arabella whom he had previously snubbed earlier on the show, he sulkily replied "yeah great."
In another clip, Chris fumed at his fellow Islander and believed that he "should've been the one to go home". Chris and Arabella's relationship has been anything but smooth since their arrival in the villa. Back in January, Love Island All Stars viewers labelled Chris as "messy" after he snubbed Arabella during the recoupling. The contestants had gathered around the firepit to choose their partners but it seemed Chris found it difficult as he had recently broke things off with Arabella to pursue a relationship with Sophie Piper.
During that episode, he said: "Me and Sophie have met before and I'll be honest, I have had a crush on her for a bit. She ended the date, saying she wants to keep chatting to me and I share the same sentiment."
