NFL superstar Travis Kelce has had a sneak peek of Taylor Swift 's new album.

"I have heard some of it, yes, and it is unbelievable," said Kelce after being asked about the record - named 'The Tortured Poets Department' - during a press conference ahead of Super Bowl LVIII. Swift's new album will be released on April 19th.

Kansas City Chiefs star Kelce couldn't reveal any more details about the album, but he expressed his excitement for everyone to hear it. Swift won her 13th Grammy Award and her fourth Album of the Year award on Sunday - the same night that Kelce arrived in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. He said: "She's unbelievable. She's rewriting the history books herself."

Since Swift and Kelce made their relationship public last year, she has been seen at 12 games, often wearing Chiefs gear - including custom-made Kelce outfits. Over the past few months, 'Swiftie' fans are always eager for updates of her at games.

When asked about Swift's impact this season, Kelce said: "She's definitely brought a lot of new faces to the game. Taylor has an unbelievable fan base that follows her and supports her throughout her life. It's been fun to kind of gather the Swifties into Chiefs Kingdom and open them up to the football world and the sports world.

"She seems to be enjoying the games. She's a part of Chiefs Kingdom right now. It's fun to see her enjoy the game of football knowing that it's kind of new to her life."

After her win at the Grammys, Swift jetted off to Japan for three shows in Tokyo. There are multiple reports suggesting she'll fly back in time for Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium. She might even have a private plane for the journey. Kelce did not confirm or deny whether Swift will be making the journey - but it it likely to happen with her having a few days off in between shows.

The flight from Las Vegas to Tokyo is 14-hours, with Swift expected to leave Japan after one of her shows and make it to the Super Bowl around an hour before kick-off.
