Alejandro Garnacho could not help but take aim at West Ham's Mohammed Kudus when he celebrated his first goal in Manchester United's comfortable 3-0 win.

The United ace put his side two goals up just four minutes into the second period. Bruno Fernandes found the young winger, who took the ball on the right side of the box before cutting onto his left to fire a shot in.

The strike took a deflection off of Nayef Aguerd on its way past Lukasz Fabianski but that did not dampen Garnacho's celebration. The 18-year-old wheeled away to the advertising hoardings to his right and sat took a seat while placing his hands on his hips.

He was joined by a jubilant Rasmus Hojlund, who opened the scoring against the Irons, and Kobbie Mainoo who both put their arms around their teammate. The trio were all sat comfortable before dropping back down to join the likes of Marcus Rashford in celebration.

It appears Garnacho was providing a firm response as he repeated the celebration after a second goal. He took his place by the Sir Alex Ferguson stand after a cool finish to put his side 3-0 up at Old Trafford.

Kudus produced the celebration when West Ham defeat United in December. The Ghana winger scored the Hammers' second goal on that occasion as David Moyes earned a 2-0 win over his former team after Jarrod Bowen had opened the scoring.

Kudus took his set on the advertising boards in front of West Ham's fans at the London stadium on that occasion and Garnacho could not resist calling back to the moment.

The moment also allowed Garnacho to collect another celebration reminiscent of a Cristiano Ronaldo effort. United's star has been launching into the former Real Madrid star's ‘SIU’ celebration and copied Ronaldo’s ‘sleeping’ celebration by closing his eyes and interlocking his hands over his chest too.

Argentina ace Angel Di Maria has even warned Garnacho to avoid such actions. Speaking to Ole, he said: “The only thing I wouldn’t do is celebrate Cristiano. I would score the goal and I would do like Messi does. I’ll stick with that."
