Mum of two accused of having sex with two boys, 15, following argument
A 38-year-old woman is facing charges after allegedly having sex with two 15-year-old boys.
Allison Leigh Schardin, 38, was staying at the same hotel in Roseville as a boys' hockey team from Colorado. According to court documents, she started chatting to the teens in the hotel hot tub, telling them about her marital problems.
As described in court documents, later that night, she sent one of the boys a Snapchat message saying she'd had a row with her husband and wanted to visit his room. Once there, she reportedly asked the boys their ages and commented they were young enough to be her children. She then allegedly began discussing sexual topics and got into bed with two of the boys.

Records indicate that her husband filed for divorce on December 18, 2023, shortly after the incident (Facebook)The boys claimed they felt pressured into engaging in sexual acts with Schardin while a third boy watched. They eventually told her to leave. The mum later turned up at one of their hockey games and texted the boys when they returned to Colorado. Schardin was arrested last Thursday and faces charges of third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The restaurant server confessed to kissing and getting too close to the boys. She also said she asked them for a condom but "claimed she wasn't going to go through with it," the report says. She's due in court on Monday. Records indicate that her husband filed for divorce on December 18, 2023, shortly after the incident.
Allison Schardin has encountered legal issues on various occasions in the past. According to Minnesota court records, she was taken into custody by the Blaine Police Department on November 19, 2020, for overnight parking.
Later, in 2022, she was arrested again for traffic violations, involving allegations of driving under the influence, as per Minnesota court records. In this instance, she was given a suspended jail sentence and placed on probation.

On her social media profile, Schardin, a server at a local restaurant, describes herself as a 'wife, truth seeker, boy mom, singer, and foodie.' Her Facebook page features an older photo of her happily posing with her 8 and 12-year-old sons, shared shortly after the reported incident of alleged sexual abuse last month.
In a December 2022 picture at a local church, Schardin is seen with her husband. Since then, Schardin has been active on Facebook, sharing and reposting memes containing quotes about relationships and life challenges.
One post read: "Healthy relationships don’t feel like fairy tales. They are constructed through uncomfortable conversations, emotional vulnerability, and grace for each other’s humanness." Another post from last year features a quote from Robin Williams: "You're only given one little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it."
