Her healthy flapjacks , which she describes as "kid approved", contain no processed sugar, only require four simple ingredients, and are deliciously chewy and moist.
These flapjacks are also suitable for vegans, but would work just the same if you wanted to use dairy butter. For those desiring something a little more indulgent, you can always add a layer of melted chocolate on top. And remember to let them cool down before slicing.
