Emmerdale saw three characters leave the village for some time away on Friday night.
Viewers have speculated a fourth character will soon be gone too, amid some big twists on the ITV soap. On Friday, three members of the Dingle family vacated the village for a temporary break after recent drama.
Sam Dingle made the decision to visit his father Zak Dingle who is staying in Scotland with Sam's niece Debbie Dingle. It wasn't really clear why he was going, while sadly in real life Zak actor Steve Halliwell passed away in December.
It's not known if Sam visiting Zak is linked to a possible exit storyline for the character, or if the scenes were written prior to Steve's passing. Sam departed the village in the scenes as he prepared for some time away, but he wasn't alone.
Chas Dingle and her young daughter Eve also left the village, after deciding to go on a holiday. Sam drove Chas and Eve out of the village, as she asked to be taken to the train station.

After finding a lump in her breast, Chas learned she had the disease which her mother had died from in 2022.
After keeping it to herself and Liam Cavanagh, Chas decided to be honest with her loved ones and told them about her diagnosis. She then told young Eve about it all, before deciding to go on a holiday before she begins treatment.
Chas has been told she has stage one cancer and that they caught it early, so doctors are confident her treatment will be a success. Chas said she wanted to spend time with Eve and have fun while she could before starting treatment, leading to the duo going on a trip away from the village.
