Kanye West stayed silent as he was asked to comment on his explosive bust-up with a female reporter and one expert believes he may still be feeling "angry" about the incident.
The controversial rapper was filmed having a public confrontation with the journalist after he was triggered by a question about his wife Bianca Censori. During the heated exchange, Kanye even took the reporter's phone.
Kanye, legally known as Ye, was then asked about the incident when he reunited with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian for dinner with their daughter North West. He decided to stay silent and ignore the questions. PR expert Ryan McCormick believes he made the right decision to stay quiet.

He may be feeling angry or uncertain about the encounter and therefore any potential response could be heavily influenced by emotion and not logic.

"As a public figure, Kanye is likely accustomed to having members of the press seek him out even when he's not comfortable." Ryan also pointed out how other celebrities have lashed out at reporters in the past.
"While Kanye did express his displeasure at the reporter, he did not initiate any kind of violence (Alec Baldwin punched a US reporter in 2012) and nor did he call her any degrading names," he told us. "I don't think West owes the journalist an apology. If anything, he probably knows that she was just doing her job."

Ryan said: "Compared to some of Kanye's previous controversial mannerisms, I don't think this incident will have any impact on him or his brand. He's doing the right thing by keeping quiet."
In a video from the incident, Kanye seemed triggered after the reporter asked if his wife had any "free will". The musician was heard saying: "Don't come asking me that dumb-a** s***. I'm a person bro."
It later emerged he had a second argument with the same journalist. In a video shared by Backgrid, Kanye can be heard saying: "I'm a grown man with a family, I provide for a lot of people," as a reporter asked him questions about his wife. Addressing the reporter, Kanye could be heard telling her that in the future she should not be "running up" on him "with that foolishness ever again".
He then fumed: "Do you understand? Are we clear? Are we clear?" The rapper then asked if his celebrity friends were getting the same treatment and getting "set up", with him adding that they have "no right" to be "f***ing" with him.
