Love Island All Stars fans slam 'unnecessary' segment in 'boring' new twist
Love Island fans have slammed the show after an "unnecessary" segment was added to the All Stars series.
The Love Island: All Stars show is well underway after famous faces from previous series have returned to the villa for a second chance at finding love. Drama has already unfolded during the show, which is being filmed in South Africa. Host Maya Jama has returned to front the series, however, some viewers are not impressed with a "boring" new twist.
Every time an Islander is dumped from the villa, host Maya has a sit-down chat with them to talk about their experience on the show. Yet some fans have branded the post-show interviews "unnecessary" and "pointless". Taking to X - formerly Twitter - one fan said: "What's with these mid-episode interviews, we're not interested #LoveIsland."
Fans have not been impressed with the exit chatsAnother added: "These post-exit interviews are killing me, what is the need? #LoveIsland #LoveIslandAllStars." Someone else commented: "These dumping interviews are so unnecessary #loveisland." A fourth wrote: "These mini exit interviews are pointless and boring #LoveIsland." A viewer quipped: "I hate the after-chats segment, it’s taking valuable time away from the show #LoveIsland #LoveIslandAllStars."
Two stars were dumped during Wednesday night's show, with a total of four Islanders being booted out the villa in a shock twist. Liberty Poole and Mitchel Taylor were voted out of the villa during Tuesday's episode, while Hannah Elizabeth and Tyler Cruickshank left tonight.

Maya had the girls and boys split up and decide which two stars would leave the show. The boys had to choose to send home a girl, and the girls had to choose which male Islander to send packing. Molly Smith and Tom Clare were shocked to find out they held the ultimate power in the decision after they were voted the favourite couple by the public.
Hannah and Tyler were emotional as they said their goodbyes to their co-stars and exited the villa. Just days earlier the pair had decided to cool their romance. Maya lined the couples up in a specific order on Tuesday, with Mitch and Liberty at the end. After revealing who was at risk, Maya confirmed the couple with the least votes was Mitch and Liberty. The four stars sat down for a chat with Maya after their dumping was revealed to viewers.
