Sister Wives star Janelle Brown looked slimmer than ever as she showed off her impressive seven stone weight loss while lifting weights at the gym.
The reality star, 53, took to Instagram to share her intense exercise routine with fans, as she said her health transformation has led to her feeling more "empowered".
Janelle, who rose to fame on the TLC show, stunned fans with a video of her deadlifting at the gym as she encouraged people to push themselves.
In the clip, she squatted with the heavy weights before showing what other equipment she uses. At the end of the clip, Janelle smiled at the camera and showed off her slim frame in skintight leggings.

She said she feels 'empowered' (Instagram)Over the top of her video, Janelle wrote: "I workout - not only to improve my health and change my body BUT for the EMPOWERMENT it brings.

In the caption, she added: "I had no idea when I first started taking a little time for myself several years ago the EMPOWERMENT that would come from being stronger.
"I workout not just to help me change my body but to be strong in mind and spirit as well."
She rose to fame on Sister Wives (TLC)Janelle added: "I have proven to myself over and over again that when you know how much you can push yourself there aren’t a lot of limits. If you are brave enough."

Janelle started to prioritise her health after her shocking split from her husband Kody Brown.
At the beginning of 2023, Janelle shared her progress on social media, writing: "This health journey I’ve been on has been incredible.
"The results weren't overnight and I'm okay with that. It's all about slow and steady that wins the race."
