Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce celebrated his team advancing to the Super Bowl with girlfriend Taylor Swift and brother Jason in a touching moment.
On Sunday night, the Chiefs - the defending Super Bowl champions - secured a 17-10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship at M&T Ban Stadium thanks to Patrick Mahomes' impressive performance. Mahomes completed 30 of 39 passes for 241 yards and a touchdown.
Kelce also shone in the game, leading the Chiefs in receiving and breaking Jerry Rice's NFL postseason record of 151 receptions. After the match, he shared an emotional moment with Swift before the AFC Championship trophy presentation.

Despite having a gig in Tokyo, Japan on February 10, Swift reportedly plans to make the long flight to support Kelce.
Since the first international leg of her 'Eras Tour' ended in November, Swift has been at each of Kelce's games during the late stretch of the regular season and playoffs. The 34-year-old is chasing a third ring.
"The Chiefs are still the Chiefs," said Kelce after Sunday's win. "And believe it - you've got to fight for your right to party! Believe it, baby, we're going to Las Vegas."
Mahomes added: "It's been a heck of a year, we're not done yet, but this is the way to get there. We've been underdogs for the last few games, but we never feel like underdogs and we've got a lot of guys who know how to win."
Kelce's Chiefs will face the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII, a rematch of Super Bowl LIV, where Mahomes led Kansas City to an epic 31-20 victory. The 49ers overturned a 17-point deficit against the Detroit Lions to book their place in Las Vegas where they will chase a Super Bowl that has proved elusive since 1994.
