In Saturday’s early kick-off, Manchester United can move to within a point of second-placed City, in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils will come into this one full of confidence after registering six consecutive wins in league and cup competitions, following the World Cup break.

United will look to in-form Marcus Rashford to fire his team to victory. The England man is 9/1 to open the scoring on Saturday and 10/3 to notch anytime. Across all competitions he has 18 goals to his name this season, with three in his last three Premier League games.

Erling Haaland’s exploits this season have been nothing less than breath-taking. The Norwegian star has 33 goals from 29 matches in all competitions, including 21 in the Premier League. Three of those came in the reverse fixture at the Etihad, where City romped to a 6-2 derby win. Unsurprisingly, Haaland is the favourite to open the scoring on Saturday, priced at 11/4, and he’s 4/1 to score 2 or more.

While the East Midlands derby between Forest and Leicester may not possess the quality on show at Old Trafford, it will contain all of the passion and more. These rivals met in a fiery FA Cup game here last season, and with both teams hovering nervously above the relegation zone, this game could be equally as intense.

James Maddison was the hero for the Foxes when they dispatched Forest in the reverse fixture earlier in the season, firing in two goals in a 4-0 victory. The England man is still recovering from a knee injury and may miss the match at the City Ground. The Foxes will therefore look to forwards Kelechi Iheanacho ( 13/2 first goal ) and Jamie Vardy ( 2/1 anytime goal scorer ) to find the goals.

Forest will enter this match in buoyant mood after progressing through to the League Cup semi-finals in midweek. That penalty shootout triumph over Wolves came at the perfect time for Steve Cooper’s men as it allowed them to banish last weekend’s FA Cup defeat to Blackpool from memory.

Instead, they now face Leicester, looking to move three points above their rivals with a win. Taiwo Awoniyi, hero in the 1-0 win away at Southampton, can be backed at 13/2 to open the scoring.

Although the hatred between Chelsea and Crystal Palace may not run as deep as some of the other weekend matches, but neither set of supporters will want to lose this London derby.

Chelsea are the 4/6 pre-match favourites but with just one win in their last nine Premier League matches, there may be no better time for Palace to win at the Bridge, and inflict further pain on under-pressure Graham Potter.

The Eagles can be backed at 15/4, and will be looking for Jordan Ayew ( 6/1 anytime goal scorer ) to score for a second successive away game.

Sunday’s stand out fixture is the North London Derby. Arsenal travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium currently occupying top spot in the Premier League, and if there’s one team who would love to knock them off that perch, it’s arch-rivals Tottenham.

Spurs haven’t lost at home to Arsenal since 2014, but, are outsiders in this one according to bet365.

If Antonio Conte’s men are to see off their rivals, then they’ll need Harry Kane on top form. The Spurs No10 has fourteen Premier League goals in sixteen appearances versus the Gunners, and he’s 4/1 to open the scoring, and 15/2 to grab 2 or more goals.

Mikel Arteta knows a win at the home of their biggest rivals will go a long way in solidifying their title hopes.

Despite a frustrating night against Newcastle on January 3 rd , the Gunners could not be in better form ahead of the North London derby. Five wins in six, and eleven unbeaten, Arsenal top the table and could feasibly be eight points clear come Sunday evening.

Eddie Nketiah ( 6/1 first scorer and 21/10 any time ) has stepped into Gabriel Jesus’ shoes admirably, firing in both of Arsenal’s games before the 0-0 with Newcastle. Bukayo Saka, Martin Ødegaard and Gabriel Martinelli have all been amongst the goals recently too, so Arsenal Over 2.5 Goals at 9/4 could appeal.
