Felix now knows his fiancée Mercedes McQueen was having an affair with Warren behind his back, with her now pregnant with twins. Amid the paternity being up in the air, Felix has been blamed for a recent car pile-up that killed two people, after he was speeding.
Upcoming scenes tease Warren has moved past their bad blood, but it could all be a lie given a recent teaser hinting at deadly scenes ahead. Next week, Mercedes agrees to take a paternity test to find out whether Warren or Felix are the father of her unborn twins. Warren is still keen for revenge, while he later attempts to clear the air with him.
But when Ella's uncle Tom Cunningham lashes out at Warren for seemingly forgiving her killer, Warren insists he knows Ella’s death was an accident and Felix can’t be blamed. It seems he's sticking to his plan though, and while Warren's mother Norma is growing impatient as she wants revenge on Felix, Warren lets Mercedes believe there's no longer an issue.

Ste became a killer after accidentally mowing down Ella in a recent episode, as a car-pile up left lives on the line.
He had been speeding to a hospital and travelling the wrong way round a roundabout, as his daughter began choking in the backseat after suffering alcohol poisoning. Ste swerved to avoid Felix's car, while Felix collided with another car and crashed.
As two people were killed in the crash and others injured, Felix was blamed for the event. But what no one seems to realise is that Ste was also there, and possibly to blame for the crash, while it's known he was the one that ran over Ella seemingly killing her.
Ste has been struggling with his guilt, hiding the truth from everyone and even hiding the evidence that he'd struck and killed Ella. But it may become harder to conceal this next week as there's a discovery by Theresa. Theresa was in one of the cars that crashed earlier this month, and was left with minor injuries.
Her car flipped over after colliding with another vehicle and next week she remembers something about that day. As Cindy Cunningham grieves for Ella, she decides to try and figure out how and why Ella dies - not happy with the little information. With it not clear how Ella was hit and by who, Cindy is keen to find the culprit.
Theresa decides to go back to the scene of the crash to see if she remembers anything, and soon she confesses that she remembers another car that may have caused the accident that led to Ella’s death. But what exactly does she remember and will it implicate Ste?

Cindy has been caring for Ella in her mother's absence, after Mandy moved away. As her loved ones try to support her, Cindy is desperate for answers about what happened to Ella.
She ends up pushing partner Dave further and further away, leaving him feeling down. He's soon tempted and begins taking drugs again, months on from his drug issues becoming apparent. He contacts his dealer, and ends up dragging Peri Lomax down with him. Later on, as Dave and Cindy's loved ones gather to support her at The Dog, Dave suddenly collapses leaving them all in a panic.
Peri is forced to come clean about Dave taking drugs as she explains his sudden collapse. Dave then suffers an episode and requires morphine urgently, but Peri struggles to draw it up. She's watched by nurse Misbah who realises what is going on and stops her, as she suspects Peri is experiencing adrenaline. But will Dave be okay, and what will happen to Peri?
