A fitness coach has shared the ultimate tip for making perfect eggs for breakfast using an air fryer.

Making yummy boiled eggs with a perfect middle consistently can be really difficult, but online fitness coach Humaira has come up with an expert 'formula' to make 'perfect' boiled eggs each and every time. The content creator loves sharing online how to make quick and simple recipes - predominately made with her Ninja air fryer.

One of her most recent tips went viral after she shared her recipe for making the "jammiest" eggs to go on two bagels with avocado and tomatoes. Humaira puts two eggs in the air fryer for seven minutes at 180 degrees. After the time is up, she removes them and puts them in an "ice bath" - a bowl full of iced water - for three minutes.

Then, Humaira peels the eggs open to reveal perfect eggs with a dipping centre. The content creator said: "This one is for my egg lovers. No more boiling water, save time and washing up too.

"I've genuinely not stopped making my boiled eggs in the air fryer since I discovered the hack. Perfect for a quick, high protein breakfast or even as a snack." To finish off, she spread avocado on a bagel and adds chopped tomatoes, before placing the eggs on top.

After sharing her tip in a video clip on her Instagram page @hhfitness.uk, it raked in over 700,000 views and thousands of comments. One individual said: "I need to try this." "This is epic," added another Instagram user.

"It works, thanks for sharing this and making my life easier," said one other social media user. One other added: "Oh my god I am making this in the morning." "I would get an air fryer just to do this," commented another.

But a number of people did point out that you could get the same results by boiling the eggs for a similar amount of time. "Believe it or not, a pot of boiling water and an ice bath will do the exact same thing," pointed out one.

One other said: "You can boil them room temperature for six minutes and achieve the same results with an ice bath." "You can do the same thing with water," another commenter wrote.
