The Traitors star Brian Davidson has sparked romance rumours with another contestant on the hit BBC show.

Brian, who quickly became a hit on the trending TV show before he was sent packing, took to his Instagram stories on Friday to answer his fans burning questions.

After one fan asked who Brian would choose to snog, marry, or kill out of his fellow co-stars, Brian admitted that he thought that one contestant in particular was 'very handsome'.

In response to the cheeky question, the BBC star said: "I would Marry Diane for a Sunday roast and the fizzy rosé. I've got to s**g Ross. I've got to. What a handsome man.

"Obviously I can't trust Harry, he's a goner. How can you trust that man? He lies too well and he's got too much of a game plan," he added.

Brian was eliminated from the game earlier this month after he was banished from the grounds by his co-stars. Brian was accused of being a Traitor after a number of names came under the spotlight. However, the previous episode appeared to have sealed Brian's fate after a heated round table discussion.

Upon his exit, Brian revealed he was a Faithful, sparking chaos across the table as Ash remained in the competition. The pair ended up going head-to-head after they both received the same amount of votes. As the players tried to figure out who were the Traitors - those under suspicion included people who were too loud, people who were too quiet, people who were playing the game too much and people who weren’t playing the game enough.

Viewers watching at home were not impressed with Brian's banishment, claiming the wrong person was sent home. Fans claimed the final decision was "unfair" and that Brian should have stayed. One fan said on X: "Wrong decision!" as another commented: "Anthony voted for the wrong person I'm so annoyed." A third fan added: "Justice for BRIAN!!! He was just nervous," as a fourth said: "That wasn’t fair on Brian at all."

As fans gear up to watch the the final tonight, they can expect an explosive series of events as BBC bosses have extended both the final episode and the show's spin-off Uncloaked which will see all the banished and murdered contestants invited back along with some celebrity guests.

The Traitors will kick off at 9pm and run for 70 minutes, while Uncloacked will following on BBC Two and also run for an extra 10 minutes. The last episode will give the remaining Faithfuls and Traitors one last chance to figure each other out to win the prize pot, while the spin-off show will see host Ed Gamble bring together the 22 players for the first time since the show started.

Speaking to The Sun, a TV insider said: "So far, Uncloaked has featured celebrity guests like Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Stacey Dooley, but bosses know the cast themselves are the big draw so are amping it up as a huge reunion special for Friday night. It means fans can sit down to a whopping 110 minutes of Traitors action – 70 for the main show and 40 for the spin-off."
