Simon Cowell looks as good at 64 as he did in his 30s, and it's all down to a trick or two.

Simon is back in the hot seat judging Britain's Got Talent auditions for the 2024 series - and appears just as youthful as he did when the show first aired in 2007. The British TV star and music producer has made no secret of his past use of Botox and fillers, and is said to have a high-maintenance skincare regime.

Last year, Simon laughed off claims that he'd undergone a facelift after Ant and Dec cheekily joked about his 'new face'. He told the Mirror: "I think it's hysterical. I mean, it just makes me laugh. I haven't had a facelift or anything. I've had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic. So when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh."

Simon previously admitted that he "might have gone a bit too far" with his cosmetic tweaks and joked even his son Eric poked fun at him. He told The Sun: "There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from 'before' the other day, and didn't recognise it as me first of all. Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero."

As far back as 2008, he said Botox was commonplace in the entertainment industry, telling Glamour: "To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year - who cares?" In 2013, former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne harshly said: "His face is so full of filler and Botox it's like it doesn't move. At least mine screws up."

Then in 2019, Simon admitted to having a '21st-century face lift' and 'too much Botox' before his 60th birthday. The entertainment tycoon gave himself a huge makeover and said the procedure 'hurt like hell'. He told The Sun: "There's lots of things you can do now. You don't just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox. It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the crap."

More recently, the dad-of-one has dabbled in unusual treatments to keep his wrinkles at bay. "I also had a sheep placenta facial once, which was quite out there," he admitted. "Then Sinitta recommended I try another detoxifying machine, and this thing turned up in my bedroom and it was like something out of Dr Who. It was like a spaceship had landed in my bedroom."

But he does lean towards more traditional remedies to stay in good health and credits regular exercise and taking his vitamins. He said: "I work out three or four times a week, I have Botox, take tons of vitamins and vitamin infusions - if you believe that these things work, you will feel better."

In 2022, Simon revealed that he had lost more than three stone following an order from his doctor, who said he needed to shed the pounds and dramatically overhaul his lifestyle. He told The Sun: "I'm not a big eater. I don't enjoy it that much. I'd rather have a beer than eat, any day of the week."

"Sometimes when we are going out for dinner because I know I'm going to hate the food, I have baked beans on toast before I go, then eat nothing," he continued. The X Factor creator said he hated going to weddings or parties "where the food is horrific", and would much rather stay at home.

Simon insisted his weight loss was simply down to completely changing his diet, which his doctor said was like "a schoolboy's diet from the 1960s". He said he used to "eat pies" all the time and has now been forced to ditch carbs - including his beloved pizza - as well as red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten in favour of a healthier diet.

Breakfast is now a smoothie, and lunch is soup and grilled tomatoes, and he'll regularly go without eating dinner, especially if he's going out to a restaurant. He said he can't remember the last time he ate a pie, after living off them for so long, and said the "hardest thing" to give up was pizza. "I can now have a tiny, tiny amount and that's enough," Simon complained.
