Peter Andre reveals jet-setting family plans after baby number five is born
Peter Andre doesn't plan on letting a new baby scupper his travel ideas - he wants to go on a family backpacking trip with the newborn.
The 50-year-old singer and his 34-year-old doctor wife Emily are now expecting their third child together, having announced their happy news back in October. The couple have been married since 2015 and are already parents to seven-year-old son Theo and nine-year-old daughter Amelia.
Despite their brood set to expand in the early summer, that hasn't stopped the dad planning a little adventure. He has already been reading up on great places to travel in 2024 and has put together a wish list of countries to see, seemingly having things all figured out. Pete loves to travel and has been all over the world on holiday and for work.
He is already setting his sights on a holiday destination for once the newborn arrivesEmily, Peter and their children Theo and Amelia recently enjoyed a sun-soaked winter break to the United Arab Emirates where they stayed at the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa. And after returning to the icy, grey, cloud-covered streets of the UK, Emily shared a flashback snap of herself in the sunshine last week - and Pete is clearly thinking ahead.
He told OK! Magazine that he's keen to jump on a plane even with the little one as he wastes no time in planning a fun-filled trip. He wrote in his column: "I was reading about top places to travel in 2024 and it appears that Peru and Turkey are the must-see places to visit.

"I’d love to go to Peru – it’s on my bucket list. I’ve said to Emily before that it’d be great to do a backpacking-style trip with the whole family. We’d get to see the world together, try amazing food and soak up different cultures. I didn’t do any of that in my teens and, obviously, we can’t do it at the moment with a baby on the way – but watch this space."
As well as being a dad to Theo and Amelia, Peter is father to 18-year-old son Junior and 16-year-old daughter Princess who he shares from his failed marriage to 45-year-old Katie Price. Junior and Princess have shared mixed feelings about having extra family members joining their already large family.
While Princess responded to the pregnancy announcement with a welcoming heart emoji, Junior has previously hinted he’s worried he’s becoming too old to have new siblings. He said previously in 2021: “I think the age gap would be too big. If Emily got pregnant now that means the baby would be born when I'm almost 17 and I don't think the same strong bond would be there.”
Junior and Princess have other half-siblings from their mum's previous relationships - with Katie sharing 21-year-old Harvey with footballer Dwight Yorke, 52, and daughter Bunny, nine, and 10-year-old son Jett, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler, 36.
