Henderson initially penned a two-year deal when he touched down in the Middle East, but didn't even make the halfway point before returning to Europe. The England interenational received criticism for the move back in July and has also been subject to similar treatment having left.
Klopp has since had his say, claiming: "I am happy for him because it looks like he's happy and that's the most important thing for me. I don't read these stories, people are critical of the move, first there and now coming back.
"I don't know how we dare to judge, we have one life and sometimes you make decisions and it is different after you make them. Italian outlet La Gazzetta Dello Sport claim that Liverpool could make a move for the midfielder in the summer, but a January switch is unlikely given Atalanta are fighting for a return to Champions League football and in the knock-out rounds of the Europa League.
