Kylie Jenner shocked fans when she finally admitted to having breast augmentation surgery after years of denial, but she's insisted she's kept plastic surgery to a minimum.
The 26-year-old reality star has also admitted to getting lip fillers to overcome her insecurities, but said she's stayed away from other procedures. Skincare expert Amish Patel believes Kylie is telling the truth and has explained how she's managed to change her appearance without surgery.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he said: "Kylie is probably the most prominent celebrity who has made aesthetics work so popular in recent years. Looking at her photos, as an expert in liquid rhinoplasty, I'm not sure she actually had either, despite the talk of her nose fillers or a nose job.

Everything looks like it was ten years ago, apart from her lips, which she talked openly about having done in the past. However, the aesthetics practitioner did admit there is a "suggestion of cheek filler, jawline and chin filler with some Botox, given the youthful blush and lack of wrinkles and lines".

Amish explained: "Botox along the jawline can also help slim the face and give the illusion of a more snatched jawline." Aesthetic surgeon Mr Ramachandran Prasad also said Kylie's body shape seems to have changed.
He told us: "From the appearance of the abdomen, it looks like she's had abdominoplasty and body contouring. From the breast point of view, it looks like she's probably had implants with uplift. It's difficult to see any scarring as they're hidden but she definitely looks like she's had body contouring with liposuction."

Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever done."
Speaking to her best friend Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou on an episode of The Kardashians this year, Kylie finally admitted to having breast augmentation surgery. She said she had the surgery as a teenager and admitted it's something she regrets.
"You know I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of like having Stormi, not thinking I would like have a child when I was 20, like they were still healing," she said. The reality star added: "I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with."
