Five Hollyoaks deaths 'sealed' as soap airs murder twists and hospital drama

Hollyoaks shocked viewers with a double death in the latest episode, but there could be more losses ahead.

The latest episode of the Channel 4 and E4 soap saw a huge car crash stunt leave lives on the line, with several injured. Teen Ella Richardson was killed off in the huge episode in a tragic twist, but she wasn't the only one.

While he wasn't caught up in the stunt, Rafe Harcourt was also killed off in a twist on his wedding day to Sienna Blake. It's yet to be confirmed whether his death was murder at the hands of his secret wife and fake sister Dilly Harcourt, after she hit him over the head with a bell, or if it was linked to his terminal illness.

But fresh from the drama there could be more deaths on the way, with one character fighting for his life after the cash. Joel Dexter was hit by a speeding truck towards the end of the episode, with his fate up in the air.

A trailer that aired at the end of the episode teased he would be left in a coma following the incident, and one moment sees former flame Cleo McQueen performing CPR on him. Fans are begging the soap not to kill him off, but will Joel pull through?

He's not the only one in danger though, as two other characters, possibly three, were shown in serious peril in the trailer. Liberty Savage, Sienna's sister, could be another victim of Dilly according to the teaser.

She makes her big return to the show but soon gets caught up in the chaos, as she goes looking for her sister. It results in her taking a knock to the head as Dilly strikes again, but will Liberty be killed off too?

Then there's Dave Chen-Williams, who appears to be in a bad way in upcoming scenes. In the trailer he is rushed to hospital, with those around him appearing panicked as they follow him in.

But what has happened to Dave, and will he survive or will he too meet a sad end? Of course another death could see either Felix Westwood or Warren Fox die in a final showdown.

With Warren blaming Felix for the crash and for the death of his daughter Ella, the trailer shows he pair heading to the woods with one of them holding a gun. As they declare there is only one way to end their feud, will one of them kill the other? Viewers will have to tune in to the soap in the coming days and weeks to find out whether any more characters will leave the show.
