Victoria Beckham shares 'morning routine' and insight on famous make-up look

Victoria Beckham has showcased her "morning routine" in a makeup tutorial, with her advising on how to "slim down" the nose, "accentuate" cheekbones and "sharpen" the jaw.

The entrepreneur, 49, took to Instagram over the weekend to share a step-by-step guide with her followers. She gave the tutorial in a video, in which she was seen wearing a robe and a towel on her head as she applied makeup to her face.

She said in the video: "I really want to be able to slim down my nose, accentuate my cheekbones, sharpen up my jaw." Victoria added: "And for me, the best way to do that is to literally be able to draw [and] get a precise application."

She promoted her beauty brand Victoria Beckham Beauty's contour stylus in the tutorial. The product, currently priced at £35 through its website, is described as a "slim, targeted sculpting stick". Victoria told fans: "I wanted to be able to hold it like a pen and literally be able to draw on my face."

She began the tutorial by drawing two lines down the side of her nose, some further marks on the bridge and a 'V' shape on her nose itself. Victoria said: "When I blend [all of this in], it's going to give the illusion of a longer, straighter nose."

Victoria etched "a couple of lines" under her cheekbones, before adding two crosses on her forehead. She told fans: "I'm really bringing the face in and raising my cheekbones and bringing [my forehead] in with a natural shadow."

The fashion designer - who rose to fame as a member of the Spice Girls - continued the tutorial on the platform by drawing a line underneath her jaw. She later teased to viewers that it would "give the illusion of a stronger jaw".

Victoria subsequently did some "very light dusting" beneath her eyes. She said: "When you smudge it, it should just look like a natural shading." She added that it "opens up the eye" and acts "almost like a base" for additional makeup.

Victoria told her followers in the video: "So I look a little bit crazy but I really wanted you to see, this is what I do." She added that it's "very easy to remove" the product if there's concern that it's been applied "too heavy" on an attempt.

The tutorial continued with Victoria blending in the contour. She used her fingers for the lines drawn around her nose and underneath her eyes. She instead opted to use a makeup brush for the contour elsewhere on her face.

She wrote in the caption of the recent post: "This is my morning routine, I use the @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty CONTOUR STYLUS in Sandstone to contour around my nose, cheekbones, forehead, around my eyes and finally to sharpen up that jawline! Happy weekend!"

Victoria shared her "lip trick" in a follow-up post, telling her fans that she gently applies a lighter shade of the product around her mouth. She said: "This gives the illusion of a fuller pout and acts as a great base for my lip colour."
