800g uncooked potatoes

Method

Slice the chicken into cubes, add the soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and corn flour and mix it all up. Next, grab your potatoes and slice them into chips. Fan them out on a baking tray and season with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, paprika and olive oil. Bake in the oven at 210c for 25 minutes or air fry on 210c for 12 to 15 minutes. Next, fry your chicken in some oil on a medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Set your chicken aside and use the same pan to cook the onion and bell peppers for two minutes before adding the salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder and paprika. Then add 20g of honey. Next, add in the chips and spring onion. Give it a good mix and serve with the chicken. Easy, eh?
