Love Island All Stars' Anton Danyluk has shown off his impressive body transformation just in time for his return to the villa.
The reality TV star, 29, who will be heading to South Africa soon, is in the best shape of his life after feeling 'broken' following his first stint on the show.
Anton shared a before and after photo while promoting his fitness plan, explaining why he decided to improve his appearance ahead of his next villa stint. In the impressive side-by-side photos, Anton explained how he managed to overhaul his life after going through a dark period following his first Love Island appearance back in 2019.
"THIS ONE WAS PERSONAL. On the left, a man broken, lost, drowning in alcohol, and mentally at his lowest. On the right, behold the man four months sober, radiating confidence, clear in direction, and rediscovered. What sparked this incredible change? The power of a decision."

This isn't just about transforming my body; it's a profound life change. While my lifelong mission has been to assist others, it now extends to saving lives."

Anton first shot to fame during Love Island's fifth series in 2019. He was paired with Belle Hassan in the villa, and they dated for five weeks after the show ended before going through a bitter breakup. Anton has been open about his struggle with body image since appearing on the show, revealing that he was bullied at school for being overweight and often starved himself.
The Love Island star previously said: "I still struggle. I'm so critical with myself and never satisfied with how I look. So I have tried to cut back on posting those types of photos online."
Anton will be joining a star-studded cast in this series of Love Island, including campaigner Georgia Harrison, YouTuber Kaz Kamwi, TV stars Chris Taylor and Georgia Steel, and semi-pro footballer Toby Aromolaran. Also hoping for a second chance at love are Hannah Elizabeth and Luis Morrison from the first series, Demi Jones from the sixth, and Jake Cornish from the seventh.

I got the call and it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity and probably the best summer I have ever had in my life. Getting the chance to do it twice is going to be unbelievable," he shared ahead of his second stint on the show.
"I think this time with Love Island: All Stars, things will be different, as we all understand what it’s like to go on Love Island and the only thing now missing is finding a partner. I’m really excited at the prospect of it."
Asked about his best memories from his time on the show several years back where he was mostly coupled up with Belle Hassan, he said: "There are two that stand out for me! If I get seen out, people always ask me ‘does your mum still shave your bum?’ Haha. That just doesn’t go away! And of course it has to be Craig David performing. It was iconic."
Love Island All Stars kicks off on January 15 at 9pm on 1TV2.
